Our winery began its story in 1989, in the heart of the Ribera del Guadiana Denomination of Origin, Tierra de Barros.
Beneath the surface, deep in the earth, our variety of wines and cavas rests, waiting for the perfect moment to delight your palate. The environment is carefully designed so that aroma, flavour, and character mature at the same pace as the finest wines.
Innovative techniques, such as the Ganimedes system and flash thermovinification, enhance the wine’s quality, revealing more nuances in each bottle and turning the act of drinking a Bodegas Romale wine into a sensory experience.
Above ground, in the cava, technology complements tradition, shaping the raw materials of our land into a symphony in every bottle.
